Terms of Service

These terms apply to VPNLF’s network acceleration subscription service. Please review the service scope, account rules, and refund policy before using the service. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights protected by applicable law.
Service Scope
VPNLF provides network acceleration subscriptions for access to services in mainland China and cross-border access, with 110+ countries and 230+ routes. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Get the client and subscription details through the user panel. The scope of use depends on the plan selected.
A network connection does not grant eligibility to use third-party services. The relevant service determines its own regional policies, account requirements, and content licensing. You must also follow the rules of any service you access. VPNLF does not guarantee that any particular site, content, or feature will always be available.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Keep your password, subscription details, and login credentials secure. Do not publish, transfer, resell, or share your account or subscription with others. If you discover that your credentials have been exposed or used unexpectedly, change your password and submit a support ticket through the user panel.
There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time for the account holder. This does not permit providing proxy access to others, commercial redistribution, or sharing the service among multiple people. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data add-ons remain available until used and never expire. Acceptable Use
You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and to your use of the service. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, including cyberattacks, fraud, unauthorized access to others’ systems, distributing illegal content, infringing intellectual property, or collecting others’ private information. Do not send spam, abuse automated requests, or engage in activity that disrupts other users’ connections.
You are responsible for the content you access, the materials you upload, and the actions you take through your account. VPNLF’s no-logs policy does not remove your obligation to comply with applicable laws. For details on how information is handled and protected, see the Privacy Policy.
Service Availability and Liability
Your connection experience depends on your local network, carrier routing, the status of the services you access, and your device settings. Maintenance, route changes, and network events outside our control may cause interruptions. VPNLF does not guarantee a particular speed or latency, uninterrupted connections, third-party account approval, or the availability of third-party content.
If you encounter a problem, first check your local network and client settings, then submit a support ticket describing the issue. For service issues we can reasonably address, VPNLF will take necessary steps to investigate and resolve them. Liability is determined under applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or restrict your right to seek remedies available by law.
Payment and Refunds
You can request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a support ticket in the user panel, identifying the relevant order and stating that you want a refund. No reason is required. Order verification is used to confirm the payment and is not an additional condition for a refund.
Payments are accepted via Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. We’ll communicate about refund progress and any necessary verification through support tickets. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment provider, so no fixed arrival time is guaranteed. Disputes raised after the period above will be handled under applicable law and the details of the order.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
If you use the service unlawfully, resell or share access, attack the service, or otherwise materially breach these terms, VPNLF may restrict your connection, suspend your account, or terminate it, as appropriate. Any action will be proportionate to the risk, and we’ll explain the reason when circumstances allow. You may dispute an action by submitting a support ticket. Account action does not automatically cancel any refund or appeal rights you have under applicable law.
If these terms change due to service updates or legal requirements, the revised terms and updated date will be posted on this page. Changes affecting significant rights will also be announced on the site or through the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce legal rights under orders already in effect. If you do not accept the changes, you may stop using the service and contact us through a support ticket to discuss any remaining subscription commitments.
